today is V-day, the towns painted red n radio stations add rhyme nrhythm to fantasies, hopes n desires... but is luv only b/n 2 lover swanting to defy the world,
fighting for each others independence to depend on each other,
today is said to b a celebration of martyrs for luv...but, do v need a special day to love...
luv is all around us, u n me are lovable each day, everyday :)
thr is luv whn my dad keeps a bowl of water n grains on our terracefor the birds n the squirrels,
thr is luv whn my bro wakes up early only to drop me off,
thr is luv when my sick mother tries to cook all my fav delicacies whenevr i go home as she feels i miss good hom food,
thr is luv when our grandparents chant holy scriptures xpecting miracles to happen everyday,
thr is luv whn we fwd messages whn a stranger is sick, in need of funds or whn we light cyber candles for causes v bliv in,
thr is luv whn music vibrates around us in a language we dont understand but v feel like dancing,
thr is luv whn v stick posters of celebrities on our walls n v r enamourd by thr bling bling,
luv in the sadness n heaviness v feel whn v miss somone
luv in the dreams of being everything frm a police officer as a kiddo whn v bcom techies as v grw older,
luv whn v watch a gory scene in' blood diamond' n flinch,
luv in the celebration whn everytime men in blue win,
luv in listening to a boring lecture whn the subject makes no sense but v respect the faculty,
luv in brking the strings in a guitar only to lrn to play more music:)
oops the list just doesnt seem to stop.... thrs definitely loads of luv in writng to u, n luv in u rdng every last line of each of my experiments... Celebrate luv each day....
