Its been a whirlwind for me when it came to the emtional merry go round that I am into :)..A chance meeting with somene I had lost touch with for a long time made me realise that a part of you is shared with that someone -and all of it will impact your transactions with them no matter when or how you meet them, the caring, the love, the concern that one has will never change..however, what could change is the definition of the relationship that may have existed :)
many lives many masters reiterated this very powerfully, this book is about the many people who enter our lives and are referred to as our soul mates who are responsible towards a certain experience a certain memory and a certain state that we may feel in their presence or absence...
in summary, my views about this whole gamut of meeting the same people in different contexts is very simple..n Niks, Vani n Harsha this is a toast to everything we shared n will continue to :)
Most of us think of love as a one to one relationship, which is the limitation of love on the physical level.
But there is no limit to our capacity to love.
We can never be satisfied in loving one person here, another there.
Our need is to love completely, universally, without any reservations- in other words to become love itself...
Maybe these thoughts of mine echo the thoughts of a quote I read earlier:
Love all that has been created by God, both the whole and every grain of sand.
Love every leaf and every ray of light.
Love the beasts and the birds, love the plants, love every separate fragment.
If you love each separate fragment you will understand the mystery of the whole resting in God.
