The season of red, blue and green

I have a little angel flying around with a hammer, each person she hits gets a little bit of my love. I hope she beats the hell out of you!!!

The Secret Santa has taken us to a different platitude :D where every hour each day we look forward to little warm messages, gifts and takeaways. Our team is on a high celebrating the magic of sharing and caring!

As the format of the Secret Santa we are playing is about gifting your secret child each day, the range of gifts is far and wide and the opportunities for mischief are aplenty, from:
receiving snacks(inclusive of chips of all varieties, carrot halva-yummm, jamoon) every hour-fattening indeed ;)
to receiving flowers -the bay has an ethereal fragrance
to receiving tender coconut-as a gift for the health conscious :)
to receiving cute hair clips(the little child in us was impressed)- our teams gender ratio is tends towards the women
to one of us receiving a happy man the symbol of all prosperity and well being- divide of religious symbols clearly broken
to sending mischievous mails with pics of bful women to the menfolk- they are thanking their secret Santa for adding to their dreams :)...
the gestures being varied reflecting multiple personality types, however, with strong underlying emotions that are keeping us in a zone of happiness and good cheer!!!

Festivals are not about communities any more, its about the joy of celebrating and knowing each other! As we plan the gifts for our secret child, we learn more about them, find out little details about their likes, dislikes, choices and opinions. The attention we pay to their needs becomes absorbing and delightful! The sheer bonding which occurs as a result strengthens ties especially when its within office environs.

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating

Yes! any celebrations are incomplete without food! We are having a Potluck where each of us don our aprons to dish out delicacies for each other. The team's enthusiasm in creating a menu that serves everyone's gluttonous fantasy has been quiet a revealation! And to bring in the delights in stlyle, we wish to paint the world red by our symbolic team dressing.

This and every festival we celebrate also educates about the festival itself and there is an awakening and reasoning behind the blues, the reds and greens!!!

As we celebrate, cherish and catchup, wish you all a bright and cheerful season of blessings!
